How do drops work? Because I have a full-time job and live in a small apartment, I can't keep inventory in stock all the time. Each time I make more earrings, I'll announce the date of the drop on Instagram and in the banner at the top of my website. At the time and date specified, I'll open the website and you'll be able to shop everything I have available. It's first come first served until everything is gone! If something doesn't sell out, it'll stay available in the shop until it's purchased.
These statement earrings are so large - aren't they heavy? Nope! That's one of my favorite things about polymer clay. It's super lightweight and most pairs weigh about as much as a few paperclips. If there are brass or other non-clay elements that will add a little bit of weight, but it's still very minimal, especially compared to earrings made out of metals.
Do you make custom orders? I love to take custom orders, but I can only say yes on a case-by-case basis depending on time, materials, etc. If you'd like to chat about a custom order, please send me an email at email@example.com and I'll do my absolute best to make it work and design something beautiful for you! I think this is especially fun for bridesmaids gifts, special earrings for a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, or wedding, or just a special gift for a great gal in your life.
What is your return policy? Unfortunately I cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged. If your items arrive damaged or break within 14 days of receiving them, I'm happy to replace them if I have another pair. If I don't have another pair of the item you ordered, I can offer you a refund or an exchange for a different pair. To ask about a return or refund, please send me an email and include a photo of the damaged item.
What is your shipping policy? The shipping time for your items may vary depending on the nature of the item. Usually, items will ship the Saturday after the order is placed but I cannot guarantee this will always be the case.
Will my item look just like the photo? Due to the fact that these items are handmade, there will be slight variations in color and pattern from item to item.
Who took the photos for your website and did your branding? I'm so glad you asked! Caroline Greb designed my logo and branding materials and took many of the photos on the site. Caitlinn Renn's work is also featured here. They are both wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them for all your branding or photography needs!
