FAQ's
Do you take custom orders? Yes! I love working with you to create meaningful custom designs. To chat about your ideas, pricing, and availability, send me an email at clara@clarajoh.com. Please note that I accept custom orders on a case-by-case basis depending on my availability and typically will require about 6 weeks to complete your design.
What is your return policy? I accept returns of damaged items and items that break within 30 days of receipt. If I'm not able to replace the pair due to it having been one-of-a-kind or limited edition, I can offer you a refund or an exchange for a different pair of equal or lesser value. To ask about a return or refund, please send me an email to clara@clarajoh.com and include a photo of the damaged item.
What is your shipping policy? Shipping times vary depending on the item. Usually, items will ship within 3 days, but if the item is made to order (such as certain necklaces), it may take up to a week to ship. If I'm traveling or have another reason for a shipping pause or delay I will note this in the shop banner.
Will my item look just like the photo? Due to the fact that these items are handmade and include natural stones and pearls there will be slight variations in color, pattern, and size.
Do you do repairs? Yes! If your Clara Joh jewelry needs a repair, send me an email and we can discuss details.
